We open and close every session with breathwork real breathwork, the kind that actually moves things. Week 1 is about helping you understand what has been happening underneath everything. You will start to recognise your own patterns in a completely new way and leave with a daily practice that begins working from day one.
A full breathwork practice sits at the heart of this session. We go into the layers underneath the shame that says stay small, the inherited fears that feel like your own, the part of you that benefits from not having too much. Things begin to move here. Women often feel something shift in this session that they have been carrying for years.
This is the session everything else has been building toward. We find the root the specific moment or belief that started the pattern. We release it properly. And we use Theta Healing to replace it with something true. A deep meditation at the end anchors it in the body. This is not like anything else I offer. It is the reason the change holds.
No session this week. After what happened in Week 3 your body needs time. This is built in intentionally. I will be in the WhatsApp group and you have the apps to support you. Let it settle. Do not rush to understand it yet.
We open and close with breathwork anchoring everything in the body before you leave. We do identity work. We look at what capacity actually feels like now. We close the container properly with a ceremony that marks what has genuinely changed. You leave not just with insight but with a felt sense of something different.

I have tried a lot of things and nothing has stuck. Why would this be different?
Most things work at the level of the mind understanding, reframing, thinking differently. This goes to where the pattern actually lives, in the body, in stored experience, in beliefs that were formed long before you had any say in them. The Shift Alchemy session in Week 3 is the part that makes the difference. Women describe it as the first time something actually moved rather than just shifted temporarily.
Is this just about money?
Money is often where women first notice it. But the block shows up across everything receiving support, letting love in, asking for help, allowing good things to stay. The root is the same wherever it appears. We work with wherever yours is loudest.
What if I cannot make a session live?
Recordings will be available. That said, being live makes a real difference especially for the breathwork and for Week 3. I would encourage you to protect the time if you can.
What is Theta Healing?
It is a gentle, precise energy healing modality that works in a deeply relaxed state similar to just before sleep. In that state, subconscious beliefs can be shifted at the root and replaced with something true. It is not dramatic. It is quiet and specific. And it reaches places that talking alone cannot.
Do I need any experience with this kind of work?
No. Week 1 builds everything you need. If you have done work in this space before, this will go deeper than most of what you have encountered. Come as you are.
What is the Wild and Steady App?
It is a daily nervous system support tool built by Vicky. You check in with how you are feeling, it matches you to a breathwork or somatic practice, and you do it usually 10 to 15 minutes.
